1. Overview

Free Virtual Casino is designed to need as little personal data as possible. There's no account creation, no email signup, and no payment information anywhere on the site — because there's nothing to pay for. This policy explains the small amount of data the site does use, and why.

2. What we collect

To let games remember your progress between visits, the site stores:

• Game progress and preferences — your virtual balance, player alias, avatar, medals, achievements, statistics and collection are saved in your browser's local storage. The shared virtual balance is also synced to our Cloudflare backend using a randomly generated player identifier saved in that browser.
• Leaderboard submissions — if you submit a score, your chosen player name and submitted score details are sent to our backend and displayed on the public leaderboard. Use a nickname rather than personal information.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and general usage patterns, which may be collected through standard web hosting and (if enabled) privacy-respecting analytics, to help us understand how the site is used and fix problems.

3. What we don't collect

• We don't require your real name, physical address, or government ID.
• We don't collect payment or banking information — the site never asks for it, because nothing is ever purchased with real money.
• We don't require an email address or password to play.
• We don't receive your gambling password, identity documents, or payment credentials from an external operator through an affiliate relationship.

4. How data is stored

Game progress and your random player identifier are saved in this browser using localStorage. All public games share the same virtual balance. The browser keeps its latest saved balance and syncs a copy to our infrastructure hosted via Cloudflare. Leaderboard submissions are stored separately on that infrastructure.

Clearing this site's cookies and site data removes your saved progress and player identifier. There is no account or sign-in recovery, so the server copy cannot automatically restore your previous progress after that identifier is deleted. A different browser or device also starts separately. Clearing only cached images and files does not remove your saved progress.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your virtual balance, player identifier, medals, collection and in-game preferences. These features do not use traditional tracking cookies. This data stays on your device except for the balance sync and leaderboard submissions described above. You can clear local site data through your browser settings.

6. Third-party and affiliate links

Some pages link to external, independent organizations such as StopSpillet, BeGambleAware, and GamCare. The site may also contain clearly labelled advertising or affiliate links to independent gambling operators.

An affiliate URL may contain a referral identifier so the operator can attribute a visit, registration, deposit, or other qualifying activity to Free Virtual Casino. When you follow an external link, the destination site may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, the referring page, and the affiliate identifier, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies.

We may receive aggregated affiliate reports, such as the number of clicks, registrations, qualifying customers, and commissions attributed to a campaign. We do not receive access to your gambling account, password, identity documents, full payment details, or banking credentials through these reports. 8. Your control over your data

You can remove locally saved progress and preferences by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Reset balance only resets your shared virtual balance to 10,000; it does not delete your player identifier, profile, statistics, medals, collection or leaderboard submissions.

Clearing local site data does not delete data already stored on our servers. To request deletion of server-side data tied to your player identifier, contact us before clearing your site data so we can help identify the records.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes to the site. We'll update the date below when we do.
